This is a unique case of ulcerative colitis and pancreatitis. The young patient is working in PG Hospital as a staff. The patient was suffering from painful, irregular bowels. After some days, blood was coming from the anus, continuing for 10 years. Ultimately, doctors of PG confirmed this is a case of ulcerative colitis by colonoscopy. As a staff member, he has an opportunity for treatment by the Doctors of PG. The doctors were very careful. The result was average. But in acute conditions, the patient has to admit and feel better. But, the recurrence was frequent. Never feel better. In the meantime, pancreatitis? was diagnosed, and the condition began to deteriorate. After that, the patient came to me.
