Recently he has been honored by Ramakrishna Society Anath Bhandar (Established by Swami Saradananda son of Bhagaban Sri Sri Ramakrishna in a rememberance meeting of Swamiji’s 150th Birth Anniversary. The unique combination of Professionalism & Philanthropism has been awarded (Life Time Achievement) from Ramakrishna Maha Mandal in 2001. Dr. Amitava Maity has been honoured by Swami Tathagatananda, President of New York Vedanta Society (Established By Swami Vivekananda in the year 1884) for his tremendous success in India and abroad.
